Returned from out of town to find out I had no water coming to my house.  The city came out and verified we were getting water to the meter and did not detect any water loss, so it wasn’t a broken main line.  Called CW Service Pros to find out why we were not getting water.  They said they’d need to dig up the water main to find the issue.  After excavating near the house, they found the water main and discovered a bad pressure valve.  The valve was replaced and water service was restored.  They also said we needed an expansion tank added to our water heater to bring our system up to code so it would pass inspection.  The estimate was done on a Tuesday.  The services were performed the next day (Wednesday).  It is now the following Tuesday, and I still have a large hole in the front yard from the excavation.  Their explanation is that they were waiting on the city inspector to approve the performed repairs.  I personally called the city inspector’s office, and they said they had approved it.  CW Service Pros were waiting on the city instead of being proactive and reaching out themselves.  As of today, we have not heard anything from the company as to when they will return to backfill their excavation.  Meanwhile, I have a large pile of dirt sitting on a tarp in my front yard which has now destroyed my lawn underneath it.  Very unprofessional service, and very expensive.

Had an issue with not getting hot water.  The part couldn't be there that day and since I only come in once a week an appointment was made for today.
