Chris and Wiley Edmonds, the founders, heard complaints from friends and family about plumbing companies who were known for unscrupulous business practices. Chris and Wiley Edmonds began CW Service Pros to break through the negative stereotypes that society placed on plumbing companies. Their daily goal was simple: Provide a high-quality service to customers and the general public.

Chris Edmonds, President of CW Service Pros, graduated from the University of North Texas in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He brings a strong background in business and a vast knowledge of plumbing. He worked as a plumber while attending college and obtained a master plumbing license in 1999.

When Wiley Edmonds stepped down as Vice President of CW Service Pros, his daughter-in-law Karen Edmonds stepped in. Karen graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Management. She has a background in management and accounts payable and receivable, and she gained extensive knowledge of plumbing on the job with CW Service Pros for many years prior to being promoted.

In 2022 CW Service Pros expanded its service offerings to include heating and cooling, including air conditioner installation, maintenance, and repair, and furnace installation, maintenance, and repair.
