Amana® doesn’t just come with a great warranty; it gets even better! For a low cost of around $100, you can extend the warranty on your investment of 16-SEER-and-up compressors for a full 99 years. If your compressor fails within that time, you will receive a one-time brand new compressor of equivalent value at no charge. Plus, the agreement also includes 10 years of parts and labor coverage, giving you complete peace of mind for both major components and the service needed to keep your system running.

Comprehensive Part Warranties
The standard Amana® warranty includes a 2-year unit Replacement Limited Warranty and a 10-year Parts Limited Warranty. For all standard warranties, online registration must be completed within 60 days of installation.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
The Amana® brand Lifetime Limited Warranty is a comprehensive warranty that covers their high-efficiency 16 SEER and above range of air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces. In the event of unit failure, the warranty covers the replacement cost with a comparable Amana® product.
The lifetime limited warranty on Amana® air conditioners and heat pumps covers compressor failure. Should a compressor fail within the first 10 years, Amana® will provide the homeowner with a new equal or comparable unit absolutely free of charge. (Now that is putting your money where your mouth is!) The lifetime limited warranty for Amana® furnaces covers heat exchanger failure. The coverage applies for the full first 10 years of system ownership, as long as the following conditions apply:
- The system uses an Amana® brand high-efficiency air conditioner, heat pump, or furnace.
- The claim is made within the first 10 years of ownership.
- The HVAC compressor is properly matched to the home.
- Online registration is completed within 60 days of original installation.
