Enter the contest and simply show off your oldest and ugliest dilapidated air conditioner.
Rule #2: Keep It Frosty!
Your entry should be as cool as a cucumber! Share your frosty air unit in a short, chill paragraph, a decked out photo, or a snappy video. The more refreshing and unique, the better!
Rule #3: No Frosty Fakes!
Be sure your idea is as original as a snowflake! Plagiarism and recycled ideas are not invited to this winter wonderland.
Rule #4: Cool Cats Only!
Only one entry per household please! Make it count and let your imagination take flight.
Rule #5: Snowman’s Approval
Our panel of judges, the Frosty Five, will be on the lookout for the coolest, most inventive ideas. Impress them, and you might just find yourself on the cool crest of victory!
Rule #6: Deadline Alert!
Make sure your entry is in before the clock strikes midnight on September 15th, 2024. Late entries will be left out in the heat to wither away!

Ready to cool down?
The Cool Rules:
- Eligibility: Homeowners in Denton, Collin, Tarrant, or Dallas counties and within the CW Service Pros service area with single-family homes and central ducted air conditioning systems.
- Age of System: Must be over 10 years old.
- Home Status: Must be owner-occupied and the entrant must be over 18 years old and a legal Texas resident.
- Condition: The system must still be cooling the home. Split systems included; window units and non-ducted systems are not. Duct systems must be in good condition and sized properly.
- Access: CW Service Pros’ team must be allowed to access the home to examine and evaluate the system HVAC, its components, the model and serial number and associated dates and condition of the system.
- The duct system, evaporator and drain pan all must be free of mold and debris.
- To qualify, CW Service Pros technicians and/or managers must be allowed to access the home to examine and evaluate the system HVAC, its components, the model and serial number and associated dates.
- Unit must be installed within thirty (30 days) of the end of the contest.
- No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter.
- CW Service Pros’ owners, employees or their family are ineligible to participate.
- Contest from 8/15/24-9/15/24.
The Fine Print :
- Game of Chance: The oldest and/or ugliest air conditioner wins, as determined by CW Service Pros’ judges and the decision is final.
- Prize Details: Installation of one (1) new air conditioning system + $500 off the equipment purchase.
- Responsibilities: Winner covers duct modifications, hazardous material removal, and any structural changes or code compliance requirements.
- Promotional Use: Winner agrees to allow CW Service Pros to use their images, likeness, and name in promotions.
- Liability: CW Service Pros is not liable for injuries or damages to property related to the contest.
- Non-Transferable: Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
- Notification: Winner must respond within 10 days of notification. If unresponsive, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Installation Deadline: Must be completed within 30 days of contest end.
- Entry Fee: None required.
- Exclusions: CW Service Pros’ staff and their families cannot participate.
